Not grown at scale in India. We buy imported stock through Khari Baoli, Asia’s largest dry fruit and spice wholesale market, and process it in Ahmedabad.
Imported into India from the producing countries and traded through Delhi and Mumbai.
We buy salted pistachios directly at Khari Baoli, Delhi during peak arrivals, before the lots move to Ahmedabad for processing and packing. Buying at the source market means the widest choice of lots and no trader margin between the farmer and our customer, which is how we hold both quality and price.
