Naya Bazar and Khari Baoli in Old Delhi are the largest wholesale pulse, dry fruit and spice markets in northern India and the national hub for rajma and imported nuts.
Rajma is grown in the hills of Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and traded through Delhi.
We buy salted mix nuts directly at Naya Bazar, Delhi during peak arrivals, before the lots move to Ahmedabad for processing and packing. Buying at the source market means the widest choice of lots and no trader margin between the farmer and our customer, which is how we hold both quality and price.
