Where we buy it
Solapur, Maharashtra
Solapur is the largest jowar market in India and also a major market for pomegranate.
The rabi jowar belt of Solapur, Osmanabad and Latur in Maharashtra.
We buy pomegranate concentrate directly at Solapur during peak arrivals, before the lots move to Ahmedabad for processing and packing. Buying at the source market means the widest choice of lots and no trader margin between the farmer and our customer, which is how we hold both quality and price.
