Rajma is grown in the hills of Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and traded through Delhi.
We buy kidney beans - red directly at Naya Bazar, Delhi during peak arrivals, before the lots move to Ahmedabad for processing and packing. Buying at the source market means the widest choice of lots and no trader margin between the farmer and our customer, which is how we hold both quality and price.
