The Malwa plateau of Madhya Pradesh, whose black soil grows the premium Sharbati and Lokwan wheats.
We buy kabuli chana directly at Indore during peak arrivals, before the lots move to Ahmedabad for processing and packing. Buying at the source market means the widest choice of lots and no trader margin between the farmer and our customer, which is how we hold both quality and price.
